What are your wax melts & packaging made from?
Our wax melts are made from soy wax with fragrance oil or essential oil to add the scent. The brand of soy wax used is from North America and Brazil. It is from purely ethical and non-genetically modified sources. A full supply chain audit has been carried out to ensure that we are not contributing to de-forestation.
Our wax melts are vegan and eco friendly as well as being cruelty, CMR, palm oil and phthalate free. All of our packaging is recyclable and eco-friendly. We have partnered with a packaging company who use soy based inks and have become part of their eco-alliance. This allows us to plant a tree every time we order to help to contribute to reforestation.
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days. During busy periods, this may be a little longer, however we will always keep you up to date. Once your order has been shipped, via Royal Mail, you will receive tracking details via email. How much is P&P?
Postage and packaging is calculated at the checkout. All orders over £40 have free P&P.
Do you provide your wax melts at wholesale prices?

Are your wax melts safe to have around babies & pets?
Yes, they are safe. We always advice to keep your wax melt burners out of reach of any children and pets. Never leave a wax burner or candle un-attended and always follow any safety guidelines.

How to use wax melts.
Use a burner designed for wax melts. Ensure to check your burner regularly for any cracks or chips. Never use a burner if it has been damaged as this may pose a fire risk.
Never over fill your burner with wax as this could lead to a spillage of hot wax. Once the scent has gone from one wax melt, always exchange it for a new one.
Use unscented tealights in your wax melt burner.
Never leave a lit tealight unattended.
Keep out of the way of children, pets and draughts.
Keep your wax melt burner on a staple heatproof surface away from any fire hazards.
